A collection of Chinese cloisonne, 20th century, comprising a pair of steep sided bowls, decorated with lotus flowers and pods and a blue ground inset with wavy lines, 11.7cm dia, on wood bases; a pair of inverted baluster vases, decorated with butterflies and flowers against a variegated light brown ground, 11.5cm; and a petal shaped bowl, decorated with birds, peony and rockwork against a turquoise ground, 15.5cm, on wood base

Condition Report

The vases each have post production surface bruises/marks with no obvious losses or major cracks. (see online images). The top rim of one vase is loose but still well attached.

The pair of steep sided bowls are generally in good order although one has some fine hairline cracks on an interior wall and a small slither of enamel missing from the underside and base of the exterior wall, whilst the other has a fine horizontal crack and shallow slither loss around the base, some tiny enamel chips.
